Royal Mail First Class (Door Mat)
Delivery time: up to 5 working days. We will pack your order flat. It will be in a presentation bag but no box. It will be sent normal first class post and will fit through your letter box. The big advantage is you won't need to be in to sign for it. However, if you select the gift wrapping service your item(s) will come in a presentation box, which may require you to be present to receive your parcel.
Royal Mail Standard Recorded Delivery
Delivery time: up to 3 working days.Your item(s) will come in a presentation box where appropriate (providing the product(s) are stated as in stock). You must sign for your delivery, you might like to have the item sent to your work address for convenience.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any items sent via Royal Mail First Class post that do not arrive. If you have requested Royal Mail First Class post as your preferred option and your item(s) does not arrive after 5 working days please contact us and we will ask Royal Mail to investigate the matter, thank you.
Royal Mail Special Delivery / Guaranteed Next Day
Delivery time: Next working day. Orders must be placed before 1pm Mon–Fri, 10:30am Sat, to qualify. Your item(s) will come in a presentation box where appropriate, next day guaranteed (providing the product(s) are stated as in stock). You must sign for your delivery, you might like to have the item sent to your work address for convenience.
