Returns

If you find that something doesn't fit or is not suitable you can return the goods for a refund or an exchange, provided that all items are received by us in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging quoting your invoice/receipt number. This must be within 7 days of receipt of your goods for full no quibble refund (excluding our postage costs).  

Please note: We do not accept responsibility for returned goods until they have been received by us and accounted for. Therefore we advise you to return parcels using a 'signed for' service, although this is at your discretion.  

Exchanges 

In the case of an exchange of size we will send the jewellery out again to you at no additional cost. For an exchange of product we will however, charge you postage and packaging, as it will mean the creation of a new order for you. Where the item is less expensive we will refund the difference but, if you select an item that is more expensive, please either include a cheque for the difference or send us an email with your card details to our secure email address: customercare@itscharms.co.uk

Earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
